Our client, a national banking icon, needed a strategy to clarify its proposition, improve brand perception and rally the business around a new purpose. 

 

After years of scandals, volatility, re-brands, re-orgs and increasing FinTech competition, this was easier said than done.

WHAT WAS THE LEAP?

Don’t sell banking products, empower people’s financial wellbeing

We used behavioural science to reinvent the Bank’s understanding of their customer relationships, creating an experience framework for CX, comms and proposition development. 

The strategy ideas was to empower the people of Ireland to begin a journey of financial wellbeing.

We also designed a more efficient marketing model to scale the strategy across the organization and activate it with partners.
